I would like to say BIG thank you to Cath (who has been my counsellor for the past four years or so),
She has helped me through some very tough times and has always been supportive, and she was such a lovely lady who helped me talk about my abuse in more detail.

 

Now that out sessions have come to an end after so long, I will miss her and her support but I know that I will always have it deep down.
