*The person being depressed

*The person have very low self esteem and being very self conscious.
*The person could become addicted to drugs or alcohol (to bloke out the abuse)
*The person could avoid real life (go into a day dream or a fantasy place to block the abuse out)
Emotional abuse can cause damage to the person (who receive the abuse) so they begin to feel worth less and this will cause trouble in the person making or keeping other types of relationships, they will be secretly ashamed of the abuse and will keep it quite. Meaning the abuse carries on.
People who suffer emotional abuse must know that you’ve done nothing wrong and they should not feel.
